1. Reading: Finding the Main Idea
The "big picture" of a text. (الفكرة الرئيسية) Read the whole text carefully. (اقرأ النص كاملًا بعناية.) Look at the title and the first sentence. (العنوان والجملة الأولى) Look for words that are repeated. (الكلمات المكررة) Ask yourself: "What is this text mostly about?" (اسأل نفسك: ما موضوع هذا النص؟)

2. Writing: Making Sentences
A simple sentence usually follows this order: (ترتيب الجملة) Subject + Verb + Other words (فاعل + فعل + بقية الكلمات) Example: "The teacher explains the lesson to the students." (المعلم يشرح الدرس للطلاب.)
