Text Title: "The Benefits of Exercise."
(عنوان النص: "فوائد التمارين الرياضية.")
- Read the Title: It tells you the topic. (اقرأ العنوان)
- Look at Pictures: They can tell you a lot. (انظر إلى الصور)
- Read the First & Last Sentences: They often have the main idea. (اقرأ الجملتين الأولى والأخيرة)
- Look for Key Words: Find important words that are repeated. (ابحث عن الكلمات المفتاحية)
- Title: Tells you it's about good things from exercise. (العنوان: يخبرك أنه عن فوائد التمارين.)
- First sentence: "Regular exercise is important for good health." → Okay, it's about health. (الجملة الأولى: "التمارين المنتظمة مهمة للصحة الجيدة.")
- Key words: You might see "health," "strong," "happy." (الكلمات المفتاحية: "صحة"، "قوي"، "سعيد")
- Your thought: "This text is about why exercise is good for you." (فكرك: "هذا النص عن لماذا التمارين جيدة لك.")
