Learn to use was/were to talk about where you were and how you felt in the past. (الماضي البسيط) Negatives: "I wasn't tired." / "They weren't happy." (لم أكن / لم يكونوا) Questions: " Was he tired?" / " Were they happy?" (هل كان؟ / هل كانوا؟)
