Grammar: Present Perfect Continuous

Use: To emphasize the duration of an action that started in the past and is still continuing. Also used for a recent, continuous activity that has just stopped but has a visible result.

Form: have/has + been + verb-ing

Timeline: An action started in the past and has continued up to the present moment.

Past ========> NOW --- Future

Examples:

"I've been waiting for you for an hour!" (Still waiting).
"Her eyes are red because she has been crying." (Just stopped, with a visible result).
"How long have you been learning piano?"
