Grammar: Present Perfect Simple
Use:
Past actions with a result in the present; actions at an unspecified time; life experiences; actions that started in the past and continue to the present (often with 'for' and 'since').
Form: have/has + Past Participle (V3)
Timeline: An action that happened in the past but has a connection to the present.

NOW
----- Future
Examples:
- "I've lost my keys." (The result is I can't get in now).
- "She has lived here for ten years." (She still lives here).
- "Have you ever eaten sushi?" (Life experience).
